Rockford Lake

26-02-2013, 08:19

Hi All, Rockford Lake will be open for fishing on Saturday 16th March at 1pm.

At this time we are unable to judge how many R&DAA Members will attend on the day, but if there are more than 25 people wishing to night fish there will be a draw for night swims.

Rockford Lake rules and map are now available from Tackle Shops.

These are the new pages for Membership books so please read them.

Or you can view the page and print it off Here.

A separate Rockford Night Permit must be purchased to be able to fish nights on this water.

If you are an existing member and would like to night fish Rockford Lake please take your Membership book with you to a local Tackle Shop, to have the Permit added.

The cost of this will be determined by how many months are remaining on your Membership, the charge will be £8.00 per month up to expiry.

For new Members wishing to add a Rockford Night Permit, these can be purchased again at a Local Tackle Shop, via the Permit Secretary, or via this website at a cost of £96.00 for the year.

Please remember Rockford Lake has an SSSI on it and therefore has strict rules placed upon it.

We are looking forward to catch reports over the following months and wish all every success who fishes this very special venue.

Any further enquiries regarding Rockford Lake or any other of R&DAAs’ lakes do not hesitate to contact the Lakes Manager, Ben Hutchinson on 07840 316161.
